TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We provide a professional award flight research and consulting service.

Our service consists of:

• Reviewing client requests
• Searching for award flight availability using miles or points
• Presenting suitable award options when available

• A search fee is required before work begins.
• The search fee is non-refundable.
• The search fee applies regardless of outcome and covers:
  • Professional research
  • Agent time and expertise
  • Tracking and follow-ups during the search period

• Each request is tracked for up to 5 calendar days.
• Availability is monitored during this period.
• Clients are notified if suitable availability appears.
• Award availability is dynamic and may change at any time.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate preferences in the request form.

Only preferences explicitly stated in the original submission are considered binding.

Preferences not disclosed at the time of submission may not be considered grounds for rejecting a matching itinerary.

A matching itinerary is an award flight option that:

• Matches the requested origin and destination
• Falls within the requested dates or agreed flexibility
• Matches the requested cabin class
• Is bookable at the time it is presented

• The success fee becomes payable once a matching itinerary is identified and presented.
• The success fee applies even if the client chooses not to book.
• Booking the ticket is not required for the success fee to apply.

• Once a matching itinerary is presented, the client has 12 hours to act.
• If availability disappears within 12 hours, we will attempt to find an alternative at no additional cost.
• If availability disappears after 12 hours, a new search requires payment of a new search fee.

Clients:

• Book directly with airlines
• Are responsible for airline rules, taxes, fees, and changes
• Are responsible for verifying itinerary details before ticketing

We are not responsible for:

• Airline schedule changes
• Award inventory changes
• Airline-imposed fees or restrictions

We do not guarantee:

• Availability of award seats
• Mileage pricing
• Taxes or surcharges
• That availability will remain unchanged

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for airline actions, system changes, or third-party failures

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
