Identifying real award availability requires manual research, experience, and time. Booking the ticket is always optional.
Award availability changes quickly.
Once we present a matching itinerary, you have 12 hours to complete the booking.
If the itinerary disappears within 12 hours, we will search for an alternative at no additional cost.
If the itinerary disappears after 12 hours, a new search will require paying the search fee again.
Search fee: fixed and always the same, regardless of the number of passengers.
Success fee: covers up to two passengers by default. Additional passengers may incur an extra fee depending on the itinerary.
